This website is operated by Fruit Quality Studio Africa Ltd, a company registered in Kenya (PVT-DM1KYWEP). It describes our services and lets you request an inspection, register interest in training or contact us. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; every inspection, survey or training programme is provided only under a written quotation or agreement.
Inspection reports
Our reports describe the condition of produce at the time and place of inspection, based on representative sampling and professional judgement. They do not guarantee the condition of produce at any later time, do not replace official inspections required by law, and do not set the specification, set point or maturity threshold, which remain the responsibility of the parties to the trade. Reports are issued to the party that engaged us and may be shared by that party at its discretion.
Independence
We do not trade in produce and our fees are not linked to the outcome of any inspection. We accept no instruction from any party about the result of an inspection.
Use of content
Text, photographs and the logo on this website belong to Fruit Quality Studio Africa Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission, except for quoting short extracts with attribution.
Liability
The website is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate but accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of its content. Liability under inspection contracts is governed by the terms of each agreement.
