Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (fqs_consent). Optional: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you accept analytics; if you reject or withdraw, analytics is not loaded and its cookies are expired. The Google map on the contact page loads only when you click to load it.
Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider, which stores form records in a private directory on a server in Europe and sends the notification and acknowledgement emails.
- Our business email provider, which hosts the mailbox that receives your messages.
- Google LLC for analytics, if you accept it, and for the map if you load it.
- Where you ask for a destination survey, the partner surveyor who performs it receives only what is needed for that survey.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision making.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside Kenya, in particular in the European Union by our hosting and email providers and in the United States by Google if you accept analytics. We rely on the providers' contractual safeguards and, for Kenya, on the conditions of the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and where it applies the EU or UK GDPR, you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, portability and to withdraw consent. Write to kenya@qualitystudio.eu. You may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya or to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Form records are stored outside the public web directory, the form endpoints are protected against forged submissions and rate limited, and the site is served over HTTPS. If you find a security problem, write to kenya@qualitystudio.eu.
